Single File
Charts, filed right.
A HIPAA-compliant service that files and signs your behavioral-health practice's clinical documents into Office Ally, so the after-hours uploading simply disappears.
In the spirit of kintsugi, the art of mending what's broken into something better than before, Single File takes the tedious, thankless part of your week and turns it into something that simply runs itself.
Uploading and filing intakes, assessments, and progress notes into Office Ally (EHR 24/7) is necessary, repetitive work that quietly consumes hours each week. I take that work off your hands, and it's work I know well: I've been filing clinical documents into Office Ally every week since 2021. (On a different EHR? Reach out anyway; I'm open to others where the workflow fits.)
Each document lands in the correct patient's chart in your Office Ally, under the right provider, date, and document type. Never in the wrong chart.
Documents are signed off for you as they land, on the daily or weekly cadence we agree on. No more end-of-week sign-off marathons.
You send documents by email or a shared folder, and you only hear from me when something genuinely needs your attention.
Three steps, and then it's automatic.
Step one
Email the documents to your practice's secure address, or drop them into a shared folder, whichever is easiest for your team.
Step two
Each document lands in the right chart in Office Ally, signed off on the schedule we set.
Step three
The filing pile stops following your clinicians home. Your team stays focused on patients instead of paperwork.
Protecting your clients' information is non-negotiable. It's the heart of what I do.
A one-time setup fee to configure your practice, then a modest per-document rate. You pay only for the documents I actually file. No hourly billing, no surprises.
I file your intakes, assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans into the correct charts in your Office Ally (EHR 24/7) system, and sign them off on the schedule you choose.
Yes. Before any patient information is handled, we sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. The service is US-based and run by one person with no subcontractors, documents move only through a BAA-covered Google Workspace system, and patient information is never sent to any third-party AI or outside processing service.
Whichever way is easiest: email them to your practice's secure address, or drop them into a shared folder. From there, I file at the cadence you prefer.
The Single File name is newer than the work. I've been filing and signing clinical documents into Office Ally for a behavioral-health group every week since June 2021: thousands of documents, filed right.
Single File specializes in Office Ally (EHR 24/7); that deep focus is why the filing lands right every time. Using a different EHR, like SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, or TheraNest? Reach out anyway: I'm open to bringing the same service to other systems where the workflow fits.
No. The permanent record lives in your own Office Ally chart. My working copies are transient and are cleared after upload; system backups deliberately exclude all patient documents, and I never sell or reuse patient data.
A one-time setup fee, then a modest per-document rate. You pay only for what I actually file.
